In the European southern side of Cyprus are many Cyprus estate agents some have the Cyprus Agents license some do not , some are from Europe and hold licenses in their home countries and trade effectively. Estate agents in Cyprus have to have a Cypriot license and there is a possibility that a test may occur. The latest agencies laws have changed regularily of late and the best advise would be to seek the latest copy of the Cypriot law and translate it into your European language and see where your company status lies, it could be that you fulfill European laws and criterea but not local laws in Cyprus.
